UAFC Curriculum

UAFC's curriculum has been built by our soccer leadership through scientific research, practical experience, educational teaching, and insight from some of the greatest soccer minds in the country.  UAFC's goal is to help every player reach their full potential through a gradual release of responsibility to the teacher.  Our curriculum is built around the club style of play where everything we do relates back to the style in which we want our players to be able to implement.

The curriculum is built in phases and stages based on players physical, mental, technical, and tactical timeline.  We coach and teach players differently at each phase, because an 8 year old doesn't understand or learn the same way a 13 year old does.  We do this in order to help each player reach their full potential at that specific age while also looking at the long term development.

Each coach has been given a packet with an extremely detailed plan about how we expect players to be taught, educated, and coached.  UAFC's curriculum is original in that no other club is utilizing the curriculum, teaching/coaching style, assessments, and learning pathways that we have implemented.
